Some materials are well suited as shrink tubes. These can be shrunk onto steel shafts in a second process step, for example, to obtain chemical resistance or corrosion protection. We can produce tubes from 3 to 160 mm outer diameter and various wall thicknesses.

Multi-layer tubes can be used for various purposes. Barrier layers can be included, or multiple layers may also be desired for optical reasons (multi-coloured). In a diameter range from 5 to 50 mm and in the wall thickness you require, we can lay up to 5 layers of material on top of each other.

We can manufacture tubes with the highest precision, e.g. in terms of cutting tolerance, diameter or wall thickness. For example, we are able to produce polyolefin tubes with a tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm.

We produce so-called hollow rods from many materials. Here we can manufacture wall thicknesses of up to 40 mm.

We can manufacture tubes in the diameter range 1 – 8 mm from a wide variety of materials.
